Our first product ever will be this delicious, protein-packed chia pudding! If you can’t wait to try our chocolatey superfood chia pudding from us, get a sneak peak by making this protein-packed chia pudding yourself.

You can have this protein-packed chia pudding as a breakfast, with fresh fruit and cacao nibs on top, or as a delicious dessert, with some melted chocolate drizzled over the pudding. Or if you want a quick gym snack, put all of the superfood ingredients into your protein shaker, take it to the gym with you, and then add water, shake, and eat the chia pudding after your workout (we recommend eating it with a spoon!)

Serving size: 1

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seed powdered
  • 1-2 tbsp scoop of unflavored pea protein
  • 1-2 tbsp sprouted brown rice protein
  • 1 heaping tsp organic cocoa powder
  • 1 heaping teaspoon powdered coconut milk
  • 1.5 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp mini unsweetened 100% dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • Pinch of monk fruit 
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Note: We choose to use only organic versions of the above, but of course, you can use conventional as well. 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add water or liquid of choice (mylk makes it extra creamy)!
  3. Stir until it starts to thicken into a pudding-like texture.
  4. Continue adding water/ mylk until desired creaminess is achieved
  5. Serve on its own, or top with fresh fruits, a drizzle of nut butter, or more cacao nibs and chocolate chips!
